This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through I-denty, including memberships, coaching programs, consultations, digital content, and related services.

02 / General Policy

All purchases are final unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

I-denty operates a digital, access-based model. Once access to content, programs, or services has been granted, the purchase is considered fulfilled.

03 / Memberships

Memberships renew automatically (monthly or annually)

You may cancel before your next billing date to stop future charges

No refunds, partial or prorated, are provided for any unused period

04 / Programs & Digital Content

Programs, frameworks, and digital materials may be accessed immediately or shortly after purchase.

Due to the nature of digital delivery:

These purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted

05 / Coaching & Sessions

Coaching sessions and programs reserve dedicated time and capacity.

Fees are non-refundable

Any rescheduling (if applicable) will be defined per offer

06 / Payment Plans

If a payment plan is selected:

You are responsible for completing all instalments

Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of access

07 / Exceptions

Any exception or special condition:

Must be clearly stated in writing for that specific offer

No verbal agreements override this policy

08 / Chargebacks

If you believe a billing issue has occurred:

Initiating a chargeback without prior contact may be considered a breach of Terms
